The day before the 2023 PGA Women's Open, Pebble Beach also hosted the All In at the Hay event. The All In was created to bring awareness to up and coming women golfers aspiring to grow in their craft. The event included 10 of Pebble Beach's top sponsors ranging from Coca-Cola, Rolex, Charles Schwab, Lexus and Walmart.
I was brought on to lead a small production team in capturing footage and stills of the event, with the plan of delivering individual social assets per each sponsor immediately after the event.
We set up a war room edit hub in one of the Pebble Beach store offices, and had hourly footage dumps throughout the event to ensure a smooth quick-turn editorial process
